StreamerQue: a Full-Stack Platform to Connect Streamers and Fans

The Challenge

Content creators and streamers seeking to monetize their fanbase through 1-on-1 gaming sessions face significant technical and logistical barriers. Managing bookings, processing payments, coordinating availability, and communicating with fans requires juggling multiple disconnected tools and platforms. During live gaming sessions, the lack of integrated communication and session management features makes it difficult to maintain a professional experience. This complexity limits creators’ ability to offer consistent, scalable personal engagement opportunities and creates friction that prevents fans from easily booking time with their favorite streamers.

The Vision

The founders of StreamerQue wanted to create a unified platform where streamers could offer 1-on-1 gaming sessions to fans without technical barriers. The goal was to bring together session booking, payment processing, availability management, and real-time communication in one accessible ecosystem. To achieve this, the solution needed to provide intuitive tools for streamer onboarding with Stripe Connect integration, session pricing and scheduling, secure payment processing, member directory access, and built-in messaging, while delivering a mobile-responsive experience optimized for use during live gaming sessions.

The Scopic Solution

Our team developed the StreamerQue platform using Node.js for backend services, PostgreSQL for data management, React and Next.js for the web frontend, and React Native with TypeScript for mobile development.

We also incorporated vibe coding via Replit for fast iteration and collaborative development, and integrated AWS services including ECS, Fargate, RDS, S3, CloudFront, and SES for scalable infrastructure, along with Stripe Connect for secure payment processing and WebSockets for real-time messaging.

The platform offers streamers and content creators comprehensive session management tools including streamer onboarding flow with specialization tags, Stripe Connect integration for secure payouts, a booking engine for 1-on-1 gaming sessions, availability calendar management, and a secure chat system for streamer-fan communication. Users can connect with fans through a dedicated member directory, manage their session mode (online/busy/offline), adjust pricing, and handle their schedule all within the creator dashboard. Fans can browse streamers, book sessions securely using Stripe, view their upcoming and past sessions, and engage directly with creators through the built-in messaging system.

And with the mobile-responsive design across all pages, users can now access these features from their smartphone or tablet, making session management and communication during live gaming sessions even more accessible and flexible.

By combining robust AWS infrastructure with user-focused design and integrated payment processing, StreamerQue dramatically reduces the complexity of offering 1-on-1 gaming sessions, so creators can focus on building meaningful connections with fans, not managing technical platforms.
