With a clear vision in place, our development team redesigned and rebuilt Old Potters’ multi-category ecommerce website. This included improving the user experience with clearer navigation across distinct product pages, developing a more scalable website architecture, and implementing technical enhancements that laid the groundwork for organic growth. 

At the same time, our sister company, Scopic Studios, led the marketing strategy. This included an ongoing SEO program, the creation and optimization of Old Potters’ social media presence, and digital advertising campaigns designed to increase visibility and reach. 

Together, these development and marketing efforts helped create a more cohesive brand experience across product categories and a stronger foundation for growth. In just five months, the company achieved 47.3% growth in total revenue from Organic Shopping and a 14% increase in overall conversion rate.
