With over 10 years of experience across software, IT, resource management, recruiting, business development, and engineering operations, Enedia provides Scopic with the insight and leadership needed to streamline processes and support business expansion.
Enedia, who holds a degree in Business Informatics and a Master of Science in Information Systems, began her career as a Software Developer before joining Scopic in 2017 as a Resource Operations Specialist.
After holding this position for a few years, she became the IT Resources Operations Manager, where she oversaw 250+ personnel, introduced new department tools, and optimized hiring and utilization processes.
In 2024, she stepped into the role of Business Development Director at Scopic and began focusing her efforts on expanding AI/ML service lines, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients.
In 2025, she was promoted to Engineering Operations Manager, where she currently drives AI/ML adoption and MLOps practices within the company.
